Love in Action is an institutional initiative of Jolden Global Limited. This page explains, plainly, what we collect when you use this site, why, who can see it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
What we collect
| Where | What's collected |
|---|---|
| Log an act | Name, country, city, who the act was for, the deed itself, your email, your phone, and an optional photo. |
| Ripple it forward | Your name and the commitment you write. |
| Join the WhatsApp group | Name, email, phone, and country. |
| Support / donate | Handled entirely by Paystack — we never see or store your card, mobile money, or payment details. Paystack has its own privacy practices for that data. |
Why we collect it
- To review submissions before they're public. Every act and ripple is checked by a human before it appears on the Wall — your email and phone let us reach you if something needs clarifying.
- To keep the community real. Contact details help us verify submissions are genuine people doing genuine things, not spam.
- To reach you as the movement grows. If you join the WhatsApp group or log an act, we may contact you about Love in Action — never sold or handed to anyone outside Jolden Global.
Who can actually see it
An approved act on the public Wall shows only: your name, country, city, the deed text, who it was for, and your photo if you added one.
Your email and phone are never shown publicly, anywhere, under any circumstance. They're visible only to Jolden Global's designated moderators, through a login-protected admin system — access is enforced at the database level, not just by hiding a page.
A submission that hasn't been approved yet — including any photo you attach — isn't shown on the public Wall, isn't listed or browsable, and isn't linked from anywhere on the site.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Supabase, a database and hosting provider, on infrastructure they operate. We don't run our own servers for this — access to the underlying data is restricted by database-level security rules, not just application logic.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions and contact details for as long as the movement is active, unless you ask us to remove yours sooner. Rejected or removed submissions are kept in our records rather than public, but are not shown anywhere.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data entirely, including removing an act or ripple from the Wall

Changes to this notice
If how we handle data changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
