Let us not love in word only, but in deed and in truth. — 1 John 3:18

Love is a verb here.

This is not a place to post feelings. It is a place to log deeds — the meal delivered, the hall rewired, the letter written, the two hours you stayed. Every act names who it was for. Every act invites a ripple. Together, we are on the road to touching 1,000,000 lives across Africa and beyond.

The Scale of the Movement

Road to 1,000,000
0 / 1,000,000 lives touched

Every logged act names a person, a family, a street. Every ripple multiplies it. The counter only moves one way — because we are.

Deeds, not declarations.

Two moves. That's the whole machine. It only works because everyone does them.

Log an act

Something you did — service, provision, presence, words that build, restoration. Add a photo if you want. Name who it was for; love has a direction.

Rule: no feelings, no plans. Deeds only.

Ripple it forward

There are no likes here. To ripple an act, you commit to a deed of your own because of it. Each act shows the chain of acts it started.

Rule: a ripple is a promise, not applause.
All coordination for shared spaces or joint efforts happens out in the open on the public thread, or entirely off-platform.

Rewired the community hall at no charge — the youth group meets there every Saturday and the sockets were a fire risk. Took my apprentice so he could learn on a real job.

Sat with a cohort-mate for two hours after a hard failure. Didn't fix anything. Just stayed until she was ready to try again. She resubmitted this morning.

Wrote a real letter — paper, ink — to my first teacher, naming exactly what she built in me. She called in tears. She had been planning to quit this term.

This is not a dating site. There is no matching, no swiping, no DMs, no romantic intent. Love in Action exists for one purpose only — showing up for each other in tangible, visible ways. If you're here looking for a date, this is not your platform.

How we protect the Wall

Trust is the whole product. Here is exactly how it's enforced — no ambiguity.

Every photo is reviewed

All images are checked by moderators before they reach the Wall. Nothing goes live automatically. If it isn't cleared, it isn't posted.

✕ Zero tolerance

No explicit content, ever

Pornographic, suggestive, or sexualised images are rejected outright and the account is permanently banned. No warnings, no second review.

✕ Not for romance

No dating, no matching

There are no profiles built for romantic contact, no private messaging between strangers, no swiping. Every post is public and act-anchored — about deeds, not dates.

Help us go bigger.

Today it's a rewired hall, a warm meal, a letter written. Running the Wall and reviewing every submission already costs something — but we're not stopping at small deeds. The goal is acts too big for one person alone: a home bought for a family that lost everything, food security for a hungry community, the kind of support that changes where someone's life was headed. Every donation moves us from small deeds to bigger ones.
